01 — Kabaddi

The academy's
strongest tradition

India's traditional contact sport, taught the way it is played at the top: raiding technique, defensive formations and the lung capacity to last a full match. Our kabaddi coaches have played at national level and bring professional training methods to a youth programme.

02 — Hockey

Structure, speed
and stick skill

Our field hockey programme takes players from grassroots to competitive level through structured training modules. Young athletes learn the technical essentials while building the teamwork and strategic thinking the game demands.

03 — Kho-Kho

Pure speed,
pure anticipation

The fastest game we teach. Chain running, pole diving and direction change at full speed — kho-kho builds reaction time and agility that shows up immediately in every other sport an athlete plays.

04 — Water Polo

The hardest
programme we run

Water polo sits on top of our swimming programme. Children can join the pool from age six for water safety and stroke technique; those who want the competitive game move into treading strength, endurance and pool game sense. Certified lifeguards are on duty at every session.

Our cross-sport conditioning programme builds the foundation for everything else: core strength, flexibility, speed and general fitness that raises performance in any sport. Most children begin here, and squad athletes keep returning to it all season.
