The
academy

Adharva Arts & Sports Academy has spent fifteen years coaching young athletes — combining traditional training methods with modern sports science, in programmes structured by age and skill level.

01 — Our story

It started with
a ground and
a few children.

We believe talent is nurtured, not discovered — and that disciplined training with expert guidance is what separates a child who enjoys sport from an athlete who competes in it. That conviction is why Adharva exists.

Fifteen years on, more than 500 young athletes have trained here across five disciplines, coached by a staff of 25-plus certified professionals. Our students have won over fifty championships and gone on to represent their state and country.

02 — What we believe

Children are not
small adults.

Four commitments that shape every session, whichever ground a child trains on.

Principle 01

Coaches who played

Certified professionals with competitive playing experience — Hockey India, SAI, FINA and NSCA credentials across the staff.

Principle 02

Training built for one child

Every athlete is assessed individually and given a development plan against that assessment. Plans are reviewed quarterly, not annually.

Principle 03

Small batches

Batch sizes are capped so every athlete is corrected by name in every session. It is the single biggest difference between training and supervision.

Principle 04

The whole athlete

Physical fitness and mental strength together, with nutrition guidance, injury prevention and recovery built into the programme rather than bolted on.
